Pros
Kang Xiang is a great place if you want to learn and improve your skills. Boss and team all very supportive, and willing to guide you when you face any problem. The working environment is positive and not too stressful, as long as you manage your time well. Got chance to be hands-on with different projects, so can learn real working experience, not just theory. Company also focus on digital side like website, SEO, and marketing which very relevant for today’s market.
Cons
Sometimes workload a bit heavy when got many projects, but still manageable if you plan properly. Need to be independent and fast learner.
