During my time here, I did not experience any notable positive aspects that stand out.

Cons

Team collaboration and support among members could be improved. Junior employees often do not receive enough guidance or assistance from senior team members. The number of active projects is also limited, which sometimes affects learning and growth opportunities. Additionally, leave policies and internal processes could be more structured and transparent.
