      Pros

      - online courses available make the pay worth it, without having to travel to campus. For the pay as an adjunct, driving to campus is not financially feasible for 1 course, 3 days a week. -Online courses are great for prof and students to work on the course as their schedule allows.

      Cons

      -Unpredictable course schedule -high turnover on campus makes it difficult for off-campus professors to know who is the contact person. - adjunct courses are given to on campus professors without the same level of content knowledge

      Pros

      Took a pay cut to come to KCC. Great work environment, love my job. Can't beat the benefits - I get to take college classes for free as a full time employee. I finally get to finish my degree!

      Cons

      Not very flexible with work from home. "That's the way we've always done it," may be something you may hear at some point.
