Pros

Great start-up environment. Build something from the ground up and help manage the growth of the Company. Allows you to use your education and experience to make business opportunities on a real-time basis

Cons

Again Kanler is an excellent place to use your experience to make things happen. If you like procedure manuals and the same routine day after day - this is probably not your cup of tea.

Pros

Being a start-up company, this is a great place for an individual to "roll up the sleeves" and get to work, and be a part of a dynamic company with a brilliant game plan regarding future grow and opportunity and get down to business and contribute to the success and growth of the company. Rijiv is a brilliant leader who is driven to be successful, and knows "the sky is the limit" to company growth and potential while combining technology and construction.

Cons

If a person is looking for structure and a "par for the course" company, this company, being a start-up may not work for you. You will need to be an aggressive free-thinker individual who knows how to get things done while working here. If you are not a self-starter, look elsewhere.

The fast-growing company that takes care about their customers. It's about Kanler. They have truly professional team, who are very easy to communicate with, always trying to do their best to understand and help with everything that is needed from them. All of the team members are always available via phone or slack. The clients are happy with their work and know what are they paying for. Kanler team always try to give clients the best experience working with them...
