      State benefits, regular hours and office easy to get to

      Cons

      Favoritism by management especially higher up, talk badly about others, difficult job with little support after training class is over, if management does not like someone they will push them out. Trainers are not very helpful. Discriminate against older workers. Medical staff are knowledgeable and overworked. High turnover! Run from this place, better jobs.

      Decent technology system to deliver information (considering it was a government system) Knowledgeable physicians on staff to provide insight and guidance Friendly training staff

      Cons

      Management was virtually inaccessible and avoided communication Training staff was friendly and knowledgeable, but training program proved short and insufficient for the job Once on the job, the "new trainee" department was terminated one by one. Success rate appeared to be approximately 15% of new hires (and I was one of the lucky ones) Communication between staff was almost completely absent and frowned upon Overall: Toxic work environment.
