      Very high turnover. Everyone leaves the company.

      Good views and fruit provided

      Cons

      The hours were not flexible. 10h per day. High turnover. If you look at the photos 80% of the workers change in 2 years. There are huge differences, people with 200.000€ and 75.000€ salaries, and sales people that are paid 1000€ per month.

      You get to know Forex market and how to cold calling CFOs. You get proactive feedback about your job.

      Cons

      Kantox is a company that it's only interested on getting more money as possible. That means that they don't care about if the employers are tired or overworked. They pretend to disrupt the banking industry but in reality they deeply hope that a bank buy them out, unfortunately metrics are not in their favour. They are mainly a liquidity pool and beg around banks for segregated bank accounts and a better price with volume that they are able to get from SMEs, how is this supposed to be disruptive?

      Pros

      Nice people to work with and people generally want to be the best doing their works. Gaining new experience in FX market.

      Cons

      People management is poor and very dictator. Many senior officers leaving over 6 months past. CFO, Legal, country manager, HR, middle office, examples. No replacement. Overworked and not many people in operations team. Lots of unhappiness and many people now waiting until next offer comes. Trust is big issue.
