Positive growth and supportive management, but communication can be slow
Pros
Kapitus is a growing organization that has been continuously improving its operation and culture. It's remote, the management teams have empathy for people and the internal feedback about working here is all positive. Reading these reviews it leads me to believe that the negative reviews are by employees who couldn't quite navigate the rapid change and are not flexible in style or accepting of feedback because my experience at kapitus is unlike any of these reviews. I have been here 6 years and I am very glad that I have gotten to see the growth and change and I can assure anyone reading this that the changes made are positive and for the better.
Cons
I would say the only con is that communication moves fast and sometimes changes in strategy or direction is slow to find its way down the communication channel.
