      Pros

      I’ve had a really positive experience overall. My manager is supportive, understanding, and genuinely cares about the team—even during busy or stressful periods. There’s also great flexibility in the role, as I only need to be on campus when I have scheduled classes, which makes it easy to manage my time. The compensation rate is good and competitive.

      Cons

      Occasional issues with communication at the management level, which is the reality for most jobs. While the pay is good, the job can be mentally overwhelming at times, again - a reality for most jobs.
