One of the worst companies around

Pros

Access to classes, Access to numerous different Carriers, and extensive range of websites to quote on.

Cons

Lack of management support, lies, leaves you hanging when you need help, does not reimburse you for mileage/license fees(makes you pay large money out of pocket), and will schedule you for meetings that are only convenient for them to drive to not you.

The people you work with are great. They may not have the best people skills but they are good people.

Cons

Considering this is an Insurance Company benefits are awful for employees. Owner constantly changes compensation plan to benefit him. Low wages and overall low moral in the offices.

This "Anonymous" employee was terminated for having an affair with a married women while on a business trip representing our agency. He caused a major incident at the hotel lounge when the women refused his demand. The police had to respond to this matter. This employee embarrassed our agency and had no remorse. When he was terminated he made multiple anti-sematic remarks to our CEO. He has since been on a vendetta against us. After he left he went to work for a company in NH. I received a call from the CEO after he fired telling me he wished he had talked to me before hiring him. This guy is messed up. This review should be taken down. We have an excellent reputation and do not deserve it.
