Pros
Quiet, private office. Some very nice and caring coworkers
Cons
Tribalism; secret and unshared information, some deception too. Lack of an established onboarding plan; training was ad hoc, and the trainer had either a constatly interrupted or a sparse availability. There were few introductions to others in the office, causing a sense of isolation. Technology issues; it was very difficult to gain access to databases and systems necessary for job duties

Pros
I have grown as a designer starting to work in the real world for the first time. Working on various projects, connecting with the design team making sure things are up to our standard. We have been changing the view of our brand and making it more modern and appealing to our audience.
Cons
It's bare minimum pay and there tends to be a lack of communication throughout the company to get information on certain projects I have worked on. Whether it's inside the company or outside printers who we send our designs to to get printed.
