      There are a lot of opportunities to be innovative and run your own desk. The ownership is very supportive and allows you to learn on the job. Everyone embodies the "work hard, play hard" spirit.

      Cons

      There are the typical cons of a smaller office: limited resources, having random responsibilities, etc. Other than that, there are no cons.
