1. If you are relative of management then you will get Increment on time. 2. If you are experienced in your profile then chances of good work but not environment 3. If you are joining USA office then Good, India office is full of faustrated people and negative environment.

Cons

1. Full of fake promises, H1B is most used fake promise. 2. No team lunch until Senior employee pay from pocket. 3. No insurance for you, spouses and parents. 4. If client goes, company can/will fire you. 5. Worst training programs, also stops training in between for excel kind of work.

Management is penny wise pound foolish. They believe that they are smart enough to manipulate and persuade any human on earth as they believe they know every ones weekness. Very untrustworthy and unreliable guys. They are cheating oracle sales reps and every one at oracle with their sales drama. They have nothing but show them a lot
