      Pros

      The teams are motivated and qualified, the work life / balance is good. You can be autonomous on your work, the direction is close to the employees and doesn't hesitate to redistribute the benefits.

      Cons

      As is it still a StartUp , there is no works council.

      Pros

      Amazing coworkers who share the same values, transparency between teams and management, lighthearted yet hardworking. So far the healthiest work environment I've been in.

      Cons

      Company is still evolving, so changes can occur sometimes abruptly, though it doesn't negatively impact the team, but may be something to keep in mind. Given the field, work and personal life balance can be affected during high activity periods, but it's something workers can be open safely talk about.
