Flexibility in all aspects. Management really seems to care for you as a person. There is also a feeling that this is a family business. Everyone here cares for each other and the success of the company. Everyone "wears different hats" depending on the needs at the time. We work as a team towards a common goal .
Cons
There are some teleworkers so occasionally a disconnect can be felt between the main offices and people that are primarily working from home. Management does a good job of attempting to keep everyone in the loop though.
