      Kare Plan is both client and employee centred. I'll recommend the company anyday anytime as client and employee satisfaction is paramount.

      It is hard to leave the company as an employee, as schedules are tailored to needs.

      My time at Kareplan was a frustrating experience marked by a blatant disregard for employee rights and a toxic work environment. Despite consistently working overtime, I was never compensated for the extra hours. When I attempted to leave on time, I was met with disapproving looks and subtle pressure to stay. This lack of respect for personal boundaries created a stressful and demoralizing atmosphere. I strongly advise anyone considering employment with Kareplan to reconsider. The company's practices are unethical and exploitative, and they clearly prioritize profits over the well-being of their employees.
