I have worked for Kari Out for two years, and I am very thankful to have been given an excellent opportunity to grow my career inside the company. The owners genuinely care, motivate, and encourage employees by helping them achieve their goals through constant communication by having a weekly call or meeting. My onboarding experience was excellent. The owners made sure that I was OK. I have gotten support from all my colleagues and Upper Management. The CEO is a great mentor and I have learned so much that it has given me this great opportunity to grow from the company. All the knowledge that I know now is all thanks to his teaching and explanation. I work with a great team of colleagues. Our health and safety came first, and since COVID-19 started in March, Kari Out immediately implement a mandatory work from home policy. THEY CARE! Working for Kari Out will make you feel valued, heard, and that your work means something to them. Owners are always very thankful and engaged with every employee and saying hello to everyone - a very friendly environment - like family. The office is always too cold for me. Need to wear extra clothes to stay warm.
