We have a five man helpdesk team whose only role is to support Field Engineers with anything they need (Support, Training, Direct Assistance, Remote Screen share are their defined tasks). Every member of leadership is available, every single day to assist and support anyone on our team.
Management is childish. Managers don’t communicate problems to their employees directly, they use the company group chat to make it everyone’s business. Pay isn’t great, even though it’s weekly. This company feels like a sinking ship.
They treat their people horrible, They are misrepresenting their employees as 1099 to save money on their end, They force their employees to push bookings whether the company can help or not and they charge obscene fees to both the workers and customers for last minute things coming up.
