Pros
Benefits with savings on shopping, money off on spas and random brands that I never used - literally the only useful one I saw was Specsavers Some great people muddling through the workload with you
Cons
Office underwent a shift in management and merged departments, caused loads of chaos amongst the sales team, credit team and warehouse and lots of fallout Warehouse has a high turnover, can impact the deliveries and result in tough days on the phone back to back with calls from customers Communication between the higher ups is almost intentionally vague, halting processes and causing unnecessary animosity within the office Very Clique-y, lots of whispering and you tend to stick with whoever you sit with at your desk or whoever’s on your assigned break Be prepared for passive aggressive emails and a non stop workload with a high turnover in office, feels like you’re doing 3 jobs in one covering complaints, ordering and delivery tracking and holding reps’ hands who are getting triple your wage for doing half a job The sales office and warehouse feels completely different to the marketing and showroom teams who have a more relaxed workday
