At Karp Strategies, we recognize that our greatest strength is our staff. This is as true now as it was in 2021. We are proud to have a diverse staff; 78% of our leadership team members are women and 66% are people of color. We also understand we all live in a white dominant society, and are actively working within Karp Strategies to counter the effects of broader societal issues related to diversity, equity, and inclusion, including actively working against white supremacy culture norms that permeate society and our workplaces. To that effect, since this review was written, we have undertaken the development of a comprehensive DEI strategy to actively and continuously work to execute on our values of being a multicultural, antiracist institution. This strategy is being developed with input and contributions from team members at all levels of the firm and in partnership with DEI experts. We are committed to doing the hard work to create a more inclusive and equitable environment that supports, uplifts, and empowers all of our team members, and makes space for new team members to feel excited to join us.
