      No Management Skill at ALL

      Pros

      Good vacation time and very little else.

      Cons

      Senior managment has not clue on how to manage people. They also have no ability to do the right thing when it comes to growing the business. The Technology if from the early 90's and the website looks like a 5th grader designed it. No Growth for career and not one of the senior managers takes feedback without taking it personally. Do not go against anything or you will be in the dog house and never get out.

      Pros

      Relatively low stress. Work is at work, your home life is at home. Your day ends at 5 and doesn't come with you.

      Cons

      Making progress is slow. Management wants to control everything and is not open to suggestions. They have an employee run board that is there to make suggestions to the management on behalf of the employees, but no suggestion is ever taken seriously. They are actively using 30 year old software to run their whole business, which is slow and unreliable. Other ways they're behind the times: dress code and remote work policy. We were never allowed to work from home, even though it could be done by anyone with a home computer at no cost to the company.
