      There are no pros except that I start my career from here.

      Cons

      All are cons. This is worst company I ever worked. Top management have no vision. Lot's of ideas share with top management and you feel that your ideas and sharing will go to dustbin. Really This is the worst company. And latest info is that this company is finally shut down.

      No one will co-operate, you have to learn everything yourself.

      Only one proverb suits this company i.e. A bad workman always blames his tools. As all knows tool are developers and workman are senior management staff.
