Every day during standup we share gratitudes that relate back to company values. Lots of company off-sites and events to build real community - Karuna takes feedback very seriously. When you're doing something well, people tell you; when you're not, they work with you to improve with a focus on kindness and growth rather than blame and criticism - The leadership works hard to be transparent about company decisions, both big and small - There's a lot of opportunity for growth career-wise - Generous with equity and benefits for a seed-stage company - Fantastic set of advisors and investors
