      Pros

      Some great people, and a great launch point into tech sales as the bar is pretty low to join.

      Cons

      Metrics. Metrics. Metrics. Be prepared to borderline stalk your book of business, and be micromanaged to within an inch of your life. Basically a boiler room, where you need to sell at all costs - otherwise they’ll manage you out. If you have no dignity or self respect, this could be the role for you.

      Pros

      Great opportunity, market leader, lots of potential. Great exposure to different areas of IT. Intelligent and hard working team on the ground.

      Cons

      - targets are unachievable for all sales teams - new management has fired half the business but expects better results and has ruined morale in the process - R&D has stalled. Releases are just "fixes" - no direction or communication - poor marketing, presales and support
