You can do whatever you want as long as you do all of the work. (Not just what's in your job description, but create the entire startup while getting none of the credit.)
Cons
They don't pay you. Shady contracts. The funding is held by a manipulative income sharing agreement with the "Mayor of Impact". Not sure how I fell for this one.
