      Pros

      Well run Toronto office is a subsidiary of the larger international Kasian Architecture Planning and Interior Design company. Operates in many different markets and collaboration between offices at various locations assures steady work load. Non-managerial employees are eligible to overtime pay. Supportive in career development. Decent salaries comparing to the situation in the industry

      Cons

      40 hours week (company originated in Alberta), pricey health benefits, no pension contribution by the employer, no bonuses. Corporate feel despite small size.

      Comprising of groups of talented professionals working well together; compensation and benefits are quite good. Friendly and supportive working atmosphere.

      Cons

      Some disconnects on being uptodate with current labour law - we still work 40 hrs week, while others already on 37.5 hrs week. Company does not have any matching contribution for retirement.

      no appreciation at all from management after working there for almost 7 years. Pay is low compare to other places. two faced managers/principals. the company is corrupted
