I had a very disappointing experience working here. There were frequent salary delays, and although PF was deducted from my salary, it was neither deposited into my account nor refunded to me. Even after leaving the company one year ago, I have still not received my Form 16 despite multiple follow-ups. This clearly shows a lack of professionalism and compliance. I would not recommend this company.

1. Expect to be overworked and exploited. They demand 15-hour workdays, 7 days a week, and call it "startup culture." In reality, it’s just pure exploitation. 2. Miserable work environment. The team is barely holding on. Almost everyone is frustrated, but management is either clueless or just doesn’t care. 3. Late salaries & non-existent F&F. Salary gets credited after the 15th of the month—if you're lucky. Forget about your full and final settlement when you leave. 4. Zero tolerance for feedback. Management only wants "yes-men." Try giving honest feedback, and you'll bruise their fragile egos. 5. Weekend harassment. CTO and CEO will spam-call you on weekends about bugs you never even worked on—talking to you like you're their personal servant. 6. HR is a joke. The most manipulative and unprofessional HR team ever. They sugarcoat everything but disappear when you actually need them.
