Pros
At some point there were pros but as the new owners took over all that went out of the door.
Cons
-Non-inclusive work environment -No room for career growth -Verbel Harassment -Physical Harassment -Microaggression -Toxic older employees -No pay raises -Adds more work to employee duties but does not increase pay the list goes on but I would just not work there if I were you especially of you are of color.
