      Good for English practice, but toxic leadership issues

      Good place to practice English

      Cons

      Many incompetent people are in power. Leaders love playing favorites and mongering politics, creating problems just to solve them, in order to stay in power as long as possible and earn a great salary. Team members are treated as a shield, made responsible for leaders' unethical activities.

      Diverse projects hindered by unstable leadership and politics

      Offers a diverse environment with a good chance to explore new things, projects, and technologies.

      Cons

      Leadership frequently changes direction without data or clear communication, making long-term planning difficult. The environment feels highly political, and there is a lack of job security, with sudden organizational changes and high turnover. Don't make a move because of money if you have a stable job.

      Limited stability due to constant restructuring

      Pros

      Friendly, collaborative, and supportive colleagues. Helpful HR team and positive employee interactions. Opportunity to work with talented people across functions. Fast-paced environment with exposure to different areas of the business. Management at the team level is generally approachable and supportive.

      Cons

      Frequent changes in strategic direction can create uncertainty and make long-term planning difficult. Multiple restructuring efforts have led to concerns about role stability. In some cases, responsibilities from eliminated roles are redistributed to existing employees, increasing workload. Backfilling of positions does not always occur, creating resource constraints within teams. Business priorities can shift quickly, making it challenging for teams to maintain focus and momentum.
