      Pros

      Everyone seems caring, helpful, and excited that you're here.. .THAT IS LEGIT. The authenticity you get here is unmatched. Work life / home life balance is another amazing thing RevOffers provides. They do an excellent job at ensuring staff feel connected with one another even though we are all remote. Wouldn't change a thing!

      Cons

      Small company/startup always comes with their own challenges. Implementing structured onboarding processes would be helpful.

      Pros

      Imagine a place where you are appreciated, recognized and rewarded for the time and energy that you've invested into the work you do. Meanwhile, being celebrated for showing up to work as your true authentic self and adding to our culture. Sounds too good to be true, right? There is only one way to find out.

      Cons

      Not really a con, but we are a very fast paced company, not for the faint of heart.

I love that as I read through all these reviews, I see a common theme in keeping the heart and maintaining our intentions that we put into our work, this company and our employees.       Founders Practice What They Preach

      Pros

      I came back from a week long vacation. Like a real vacation where I didn't even open my laptop. In our huddle with the whole company, our CEO Jason, gives me a values shoutout for taking vacation. Never in my whole career have I been praised by leadership for actually taking time off. This company PRACTICES THEIR VALUES.

      Cons

      Not a single one, at all.
