      Culture is the backbone of the company. You're trusted by default, encouraged to experiment, and given real ownership. The people and leaders are genuinely great — supportive, open, and human. Most importantly, you can be truly yourself here. The flat organization gives you the freedom to move around, collaborate across teams, and not feel boxed in by hierarchy.

      Cons

      Fast-paced, high-growth environment where things change quickly. You need to be comfortable adapting on the fly and taking on real responsibility. Not for everyone, but the culture helps make it manageable.
