      Pros

      Co-workers are great! I have met a lot of really nice, hard working people at Katena. The work is not difficult and is easy to learn. Insurance benefits are pretty good and not very costly.

      Cons

      There is no consideration for allowing a person to learn different tasks. You are assigned to a specific task daily and are not considered when wanting to learn something different. Only certain people are allowed in other areas yet everyone has the same title.
