very old school thinking, terrible working culture, vulgar screaming and scolding, unfair compensation if have to work weekend, everything is last minute and due yesterday, one person do multiple person's job, no guidance when you first join, if someone from your family dies then only can take EL, unreasonable management, even mco they force us to come to work (but bosses all WFH), no work life balance, lot of paperwork because they are not digital savvy and not willing to change, if the MD calls u during lunch, its a must that u drop your lunch to service her needs, no career growth at all. the most horrible working enviroment that i had experience.
