If you want a healthy, fair workplace that respects employees, do not take this job.
In my experience, the company is run by a tightly knit religious “community.”
If you are not part of that group, you will always be on the outside, regardless of your experience, education, or performance. People within that circle are paid significantly more and given more leeway, even with fewer responsibilities and qualifications.
Independent thought is not welcome. If you do not think, behave, or align the way leadership expects, you will be sidelined. Questioning decisions or leadership is quietly punished.
Women were not treated as equals, and that reality became clear slowly overtime with my coworkers.
The high salary is used to justify an environment built on favoritism, pressure, and psychological wear‑down. The money is not worth the stress. If you value fairness, autonomy, and respectful treatment, especially if you are a woman, you should walk away.
This all may not sound believable, but it is 110% the honest truth, try it, you will see.
