Pros

Benefits are decent. Co-workers in NABU great people. I won Inside Sales of the Year in 2014.

Cons

I worked there for nearly 5 years which was my mistake. I kept waiting for it to be a career rather than shabby job. Pay is substandard for market. Be wary of promises. Commission structure changed 4 times in 5 years. Inside Sales Manager changed 5 times in 5 years. Watched at least 15 sales reps get hired and leave in that time. Many in under 1 year. Environment of office is dingy and old. Cubes from the nineties and little to no janitorial service. Pressure to not use PTO and sick time. Demand for huge growth in declining market. This page asks to rate Carlyle Singer who was the CEO before I started there 5 years ago and has changed 3 times since then.

Uncertainty of Companies future

Pros

Casual attire work environment, some what flex hours, fairly 'young' company - regarding average age of employees, benefit package is good.

Cons

To few employees to get the jobs done properly - after 2 large lay-offs, company is in 'maintenance' mode - due to lack of employees to properly support the company. Stability of company is uncertain after two large lay-offs - and countless number of CEO's, talk of being sold, and or re-financed - Management says they're all about 'communication', but that's not the case - can't get straight forward answers to where the company is headed. Company isn't willing to stay current with hardware and software, no room for advancing, no proper training for employees when having to learn and or support new software.

Pros

Some of the fellow employees.

Cons

Declining company in a declining industry. I was there for a little over a year. In my time there I had 2 different sales managers. When the second one quit, they didn't bother to replace him. They call themselves a "sales organization", however, they can't keep sales people. They don't value their employees and believe that everyone is replaceable. I was the 4th person to leave in a 4 month period. This is in a team of 6 people. Revenue above all else. Employee retention and job satisfaction does not even register with the leadership in this organization. They would gladly sacrifice employees if it meant saving $0.01. All employee concerns are met with disinterest and apathy. By far the worst commission plan I've ever seen. They freely admit that the commission plan is broken and unfair, but claim that they can do nothing to fix it. Year over year growth is met with a severe pay cut. You can only be successful here if you put up unprecedented numbers. They will make promises that they have no intention to keep. When you bring the issue up again, they say that they'll really fix the issue this time. It's a vicious cycle with no end. I would never let someone I respected go to work for this company. No experienced sales person should even bother.
