Good work environment, terrific co-workers with a wide variety of skill sets and backgrounds.

Cons

Executive team constantly turning over, lots of "flavour of the month" initiatives. Inconsistent focus.

There is a lot of opportunity to create a better, stronger, dominant organization. The blueprint is there.

Cons

The organization is getting in it's own way. It is more cut throat than cooperative.

Excellent benefit packages (health and dental) Efforts recognized (chance for career advancements) Great staff (friendly atmosphere, office a "team") An easily attainable bonus structure Location. All departments on two floors

Cons

Loads of great people left due to mismanagement VP's and up made final call on promos - never in control of budget Always changing (which is good) but always moving sideways Org Chart needs to be updated Operations/Stores not aligned enough to head office
