      Everyone at corporate treats site level employees horribly. They lie about almost everything; including your pay, your responsibilities, and property upkeep. No insurance

      Given a leadership role, after earning respect, I've been afforded to make important decisions that have had a positive impact on the company. The Katz Corporate culture has been an enjoyable experience; a place I look forward to coming to each day.

      Cons

      It's Property Management... stuff happens. It's important to be able to roll with the punches. In emergency situations, sometimes we could respond better,.. something we're working on.
