Sorry, i did not find any in last few years.

Cons

Pathetic rules, feels as if you work in factory as a slave. No appreciation for good work. No good appraisal. No response from management for any queries, problems.

Difficult to think even. Actually there are no good positives. Because work culture and managment is negative

Cons

Have a talk with friends who have worked here and then join. I am sure u l not join. Company also deduct salary of employees many time. No salary in time sometime. Strict bond but you can break.

Untill the 1.5 year i did not receive the Increment not only me other Employees not also Receive the Increment.... Now Guys Please think 1000 times before you join the Kaushalam
