A lot of people are related so it is very cliquey. People who have been there 10+ years sit in a chair while they expect you to do the hard work. No drug test so the place is full of drunks and drug addicts. 10$ an hour to run heavy machinery. Very unprofessional environment. The company on a whole is going down hill, not a place to start a career.
