Pros
Kayac employees are super friendly and skillful at brain storming interesting ideas. The client works team has wide portfolio and great relation with big companies and other sources of weird and cool projects around Japan which brings you great opportunity to expand your experience and portfolio as well.
Cons
As a foreigner with limited Japanese proficiency, it might be a little bit challenging as the people here mostly can't use English. But they are super friendly so they will try their best to help you sincerely.
