Pros
Days move fast since you're always working on something, and there are a lot of options for different job positions in case you want to try doing something different.
Cons
Staffing is bare bones so it leaves for a lot of added responsibilities to your job title. The entire administration is completely disorganized and has no real grasp on their employees hard work and dedication to getting the job done. They are super strict with hourly rated employees to ensure that no OT is paid, but then put all the stress of being short staffed on the salary employees to make up for call out time in other offices.

Good work environment, offices always pristine and well-kept, lots of office supplies available to employees anytime
Cons
No overtime, awful human resources and management, little room for growth within company
