Pros
- Steep learning curve - Immense exposure - Open door policy exposes you to interesting conversations with top management - Very data oriented (you don't find many companies of this sort) - Opinions are valued highly - Really fast environment so you're exposed to numerous mediums in a short span of time
Cons
- Central teams know little about the local country and try to implement central strategies to local country which are usually inefficient. - Zero job security - Promotion/firing is merely done on perception of the employee.
