      Knowledge and training, presence, process compliance for iso ts etc

      Cons

      No medical insurance, no provident fund, Saturday and Sunday is working, 3 years bond, money oriented owner, engineers become iti, employees are slaves for them, third class ERP.

      1. Worst management with a joker MD who is good for nothing. 2. SpoilingTalented people without using their skills. 3. Agehold work culture where no one cares the freedom and comfort of the employees 4. No one allowed to go out during the office hours and forced to eat whatever they give with no questions asked.
