The owners claim to be very religious however, their actions towards staff and customers are unprofessional and petty actions. If you slight the owner David, he has an outright temper tantrum and will come at you with ill-prepared and erratic statements. They DO NOT stand behind the promises they make to anyone.

I worked for Kazdon for over 10 years. It’s a great place to work. Every day is a challenge, you won’t get bored. Lots of room to grow within the company. Flexibility with employees. Caring managers/owners, always willing to help. The owners tend to get ripped for wearing their values on there sleeves but at least you know where they stand which is a good thing. I have never worked for a company who cares about the employees families and who gives as much as they do to our community.

Nothing bad about working at Kazdon.
