Growth and direction of company

Place is a joke management wise. Employees there are unprofessional. A lot of favoritism. No real sense of leadership. No real intelligence in the building. Only for the boss who makes the real money. Not a place to grow or take seriously. Good impression at first but then you see what the company and the employees are really about. It’s either a dead end job or it can be place to make decent money if you have no real work ethic or aspirations and limited education.
