      Pros

      Management was reasonable and knows how to maintain trust and respect of employees.

      Cons

      Print is a dying media. Ownership has changed numerous times and not all changes have been good. Pay is fine for someone starting out a sales career, couldn't feed a family on it.

      Pros

      The newsroom is great. The people there works as a team and is very supportive and welcoming. There's never a dull moment.

      Cons

      The demands of this job can seem constant and there can be a difficult work/life balance because of that. The pay is low and there's not a long of opportunities for raises or to move up.
