Not Great for Non-Attorney Professionals

The pay is pretty good and the benefits are OK.

Cons

Internal communication about organizational goals is non-existent. Staff are not trusted to work remotely or adjust their schedules without burning through PTO. There are no flexible schedules. There are very few employee development opportunities offered. Many managers have little or no management training.
