Great mission and work in the community, but the workplace culture.... Rough.

As a FQHC, I really admire the work is doing to support the community. There's a huge need for psychiatric care in the area, and, they're really are doing great work for the underserved.

Cons

Senior management is lacking. Struggle to retain staff because they are not open to change. It's as if everyone is waiting for senior leaders to retire in order to actually improve as an organization. It really starts from the HR department. They're super combative, don't support staff well, and shady all around.
