      Pros

      Coworkers and leaders in the company care about you. They do not micromanage you and provide a great work-life balance when needed. They did not pay the most, but were willing to negotiate fairly.

      Cons

      It is split up into different divisions ran by different people. This makes working together harder than you'd think and each division has very different viewpoints of the company in general

      Great family orientated company that truly cares about their employees. They invest not just in professional but also personal growth. Great mix of corporate and mom/pop company.

      Most of the people are awesome. The culture seems to be good for most people. Good values.
