      Bad engineering experience

      Pros

      Ability to work remotely and there are some nice hard working people at the company.

      Cons

      Outdated engineering and testing practices. Micro management and lack of experience at the engineering leadership level. Priorities change day to day. Poor benefits package.

      10/10 work life balance & culture

      Pros

      Great work/life balance and respect for every type of role or level. Everyone is always available to ask a question or give a helping hand. Being an in-house designer is really rewarding as your work is seen by both clients and internally and you can work with the whole company for the future vision. Creative ideas are always encouraged and well received.

      Cons

      The usual start up bumps but Keelvar is very aware and understanding of this time in their growth.

      Pros

      Fully remote working is allowed. The CEO is a nice guy, somewhat disconnected from the day-to-day reality of the company, but he has good intentions. Overtime is not expected.

      Cons

      Salaries are below market average. Communication between management and regular employees is poor at best. Fear driven environment where employees are fired at random with no explanation given. Budget is very tight, employees are expected to cover some expenses, such as hardware costs or travelling, out of their own pocket.
