No as such... Little boring sometimes

The senior leadership, president level and advisors, have created an extremely toxic environment. He regularly mistreats the other senior and middle level leaders in the company, publicly ridiculing them in meetings. It is completely inappropriate and unprofessional. He is not held accountable and gets away with behaving in a way that would not be tolerated in any public company. The ideas and work of the teams are often ignored or shut down if it is at all in opposition to their opinions. They create the most un-inclusive and hostile work environment I have ever worked in. There is a very strong culture of shaming, blaming, and fear that is the result of this. For a company that externally talks about being values led, it does not value treating people well. The culture and work life balance/flexibility that is communicated during recruitment, is also not the reality once you join the company.
